Missions

At Broad River, we believe in Missions! A major emphasis of ours is going outside the walls of the church to bring people in. Jesus spent most of His ministry outside the church with the people. We want to be like Jesus by taking His message where those who need Him are.

How do we do this?

  • Outreach Events

    We hold many events where we invite the community to our campus and do things in our community to get people to connect with our church. From an Independence Day Celebration to our annual Fall Festival. Love Your City to Easter Morning Service at the amphitheater. Tailgate Outreach at the high school football game to a Community Thanksgiving Feast.

  • Mission Projects

    If we hear that someone in our community is in need, we pray with and for them, encourage them and even give to help that need. We may prepare meals, take them shopping, buy food, or even do repairs to home, build handicap ramps, and cut down/up trees. We look for ways we can creatively minister to those who are in need.

  • Mission Trips

    Our church has a heart for those in need, not only in our community, but across our nation. We have gone on trips to Alabama, North Carolina, and this past year to Kentucky to help rebuild churches and homes damaged by tornados.
